Nearly £600,000 Worth of Drugs Seized in Raids on Two Yeovil Homes

Police have seized drugs with an estimated street value of almost £600,000 following search warrants executed at two properties in Yeovil.

Andrew White, aged 60, from Sherborne Road, Yeovil, pleaded guilty to involvement in the supply of both class A and class B drugs, specifically cocaine and cannabis. At Taunton Crown Court on Wednesday 26 August, he was sentenced to seven years and four months imprisonment.

The court heard that on 31 July 2025, officers carried out warrants at two addresses in Yeovil. At White’s residence, a quantity of cannabis and several thousand pounds in cash were confiscated.

A second warrant was conducted at the home of 58-year-old Sally Robinson, of St Georges Avenue, Yeovil. Police discovered three blue drums hidden within a wardrobe beneath a duvet cover, containing flowering cannabis heads, multiple blocks of cocaine, and a safe bag with packets of cocaine.

Robinson admitted to being involved in the supply of class B drugs, specifically cannabis, and was subsequently given a community order at the same court on Friday 14 August.

Keys found at White’s property matched the front door of Robinson’s house as well as the safe uncovered by police, linking the two individuals.

Detective Inspector Tim Seaman from the Serious and Organised Crime unit commented: “These search warrants are the result of a proactive investigation. We employ various investigative techniques and act on information provided by the public to apprehend criminals and seize illegal substances.

“The use and distribution of drugs severely affect our communities and the wellbeing of residents. Anti-social behaviour, violence, and theft are just some of the consequences associated with drug misuse and dealing.

“We remain committed to disrupting and bringing to justice those like White and Robinson, who seek to supply drugs and profit from illegal activities.”
