Richard Woolley, aged 58 from Garratts Green Lane, Birmingham, has been formally charged with murder following the discovery of a deceased man at an address in Weston-super-Mare.
The 58-year-old appeared at North Somerset Magistrates’ Court on April 7, where he was remanded in custody. Woolley is scheduled to appear at Bristol Crown Court on April 9 for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
Police were called to a property on Eagle Close, Weston-super-Mare, on Saturday, April 4, where the body was found. Authorities have informed the deceased man’s family as investigations continue.
