Wiltshire Police have launched a murder investigation following the death of a 39-year-old man in the rear garden of a residence in Trowbridge. Officers responded to reports of a disturbance at a property on Whiterow Park at approximately 9:30 p.m. on Monday, August 25.
Despite the efforts of emergency services, the man was pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin has been informed. Subsequently, a 61-year-old man from Trowbridge and a 46-year-old man from Hilperton were arrested on suspicion of murder.
A police cordon remains in place as authorities continue their inquiries, though officials have stated there is no ongoing threat to the public. Wiltshire Police are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has relevant doorbell or dashcam footage to come forward.
