A motorcyclist suffered life-changing injuries following a collision with a car in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, earlier this week. The crash occurred on Tuesday, May 6, at approximately 3:15 pm on Winterstoke Road.
Emergency services responded promptly after receiving reports of the two-vehicle accident. Upon arrival, police confirmed that a motorcycle and a car were involved in the collision. The motorcyclist was urgently taken to hospital with serious injuries described by Avon and Somerset Police as life-altering.
Winterstoke Road was temporarily closed to allow emergency teams to manage the scene and clear debris. After a thorough investigation, the road was reopened to traffic.
