Motorcyclist Dies in Collision with Car on Dorset’s B3092

A motorcyclist in his 30s tragically lost his life following a collision on the B3092 near Milton-on-Stour, Dorset, on Friday, March 20. Dorset Police were alerted to the crash involving a silver Peugeot 308 and a black Triumph motorcycle at 2:32 pm.

Emergency responders arrived promptly, but the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities have since informed the victim’s family and are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage related to the incident to come forward.

To facilitate the emergency response and thorough investigation, road closures were enforced along the B3092. Sergeant Richard Stroud of the Roads Policing Team expressed condolences to the family and emphasized the importance of community cooperation.

“Our thoughts are with the family and loved ones of the motorcyclist who sadly died. We are conducting a detailed investigation to understand the full circumstances of this collision,” said Sergeant Stroud. “We urge anyone who witnessed the incident or has relevant dashcam footage to contact us. We also thank the public for their patience during the road closures.”
