The latest YouGov poll gives a glimpse of the current standings, with the Green Party’s Mary Page at the forefront with 27%, closely followed by Labour’s Helen Godwin at 23%. Reform’s Arron Banks trails at 18%, while Conservative Steve Smith is neck and neck at 17%. Meanwhile, Liberal Democrat candidate Oli Henman stands at 13%, and independent Ian Scott holds 2% of the vote.
In this pivotal election, candidates are sharing their strategies and priorities for the West of England Combined Authority, responsible for enhancing regional transportation and facilitating major investments.
