Ingredients: 275g penne pasta, Parma ham, olive oil, spring onions, jarred roasted red peppers, garlic, full-fat crème fraîche, flat-leaf parsley, basil, Parmesan, salt, black pepper

Method: Cook the pasta as instructed, reserving some cooking water. Crisp up the ham, then set aside. In the same pan, sauté the spring onions, peppers, and garlic. Stir in crème fraîche, adding the drained pasta, half of the crispy ham, most herbs, and seasoning. Adjust consistency with the reserved cooking water and cheese if needed. Serve hot, garnished with remaining ham and herbs.
