- Six skinned salmon fillets
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 150g cream cheese
- One small crushed garlic clove
- Grated rind of half a lemon
- 25g white breadcrumbs
- 25g coarsely grated parmesan
- Two tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Paprika
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan or gas mark 6). Season both sides of the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
