Man Throws Glass of Water at Barman in Burnham-on-Sea Pub

An incident at a Burnham-on-Sea pub has prompted police to appeal for information after a man threw a glass of water at a bartender. The event took place around 10pm on Friday, May 15, at a pub located on Pier Street.

According to Avon and Somerset Police, the man entered the establishment and requested a glass of water at the bar. After a brief exchange with the staff member, he suddenly threw the glass at the employee. Fortunately, the staff member was not injured and continues to cooperate with authorities.

Police have released a CCTV image of the suspect, hoping the public can assist with their investigation. The man is described as white, in his forties, slender, with greying dark hair and light facial hair. At the time, he was wearing dark clothing and carrying a camouflage shopping bag.
