Man Suffers Broken Jaw After Altercation Outside Weston-super-Mare Bar

A man sustained a broken jaw after being punched outside Vinnie’s bar on West Street in Weston-super-Mare. The incident occurred around 8 pm on Saturday, April 25, when the victim was asked by two unknown men to move from his table.

An argument ensued, during which one of the suspects, described as a very tall white male with multiple tattoos, struck the victim in the face. The assailant was wearing a t-shirt and shorts at the time. The victim required hospital treatment for his injuries and is now recovering at home, according to Avon and Somerset Police.

Despite speaking with the victim and staff at the bar, police noted that there is no CCTV footage covering the area where the incident took place. Authorities are urging anyone who witnessed the assault or has information to come forward.
