Man Punches Car Window, Injures Driver in Yeovil Road Rage Incident

A violent road rage incident unfolded in Yeovil when a man punched the window of a car, sending shards of glass onto the driver. The event occurred around 10:15 a.m. on Monday, June 15, on Lysander Road, according to Avon and Somerset Police.

The suspect, driving a black Audi RS3, stopped abruptly in the middle of the road and exited his vehicle. He then approached a Ford KA traveling behind him and began shouting at its driver. During the confrontation, the man struck the driver’s side window of the Ford KA, causing it to break and injure the driver.

The victim, a man in his thirties, suffered cuts to his arm and face and was treated at a hospital before being released to recover at home.

Police describe the suspect as a white male in his mid-forties, muscular with tattoos. Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact police on 101, referencing incident number 5226164367.
