Man Found Dead Following Campervan Fire at South West Nature Reserve

A tragic discovery was made early Saturday morning, October 18, at Hengrove Mounds Nature Reserve in Bristol, where a campervan fire led to the death of a man. Avon and Somerset Police were alerted by the fire service at 7:23 a.m. when they responded to the blaze.

Upon arriving at the scene, emergency personnel found a man deceased inside the campervan. Authorities are currently working to identify the individual to notify his next of kin.

The police are treating the death as unexplained, but investigators have stated that there is no suspicion of foul play. The investigation remains ongoing as more information is gathered.
