A man in his seventies has died suddenly at a retirement village in the South West, prompting an emergency response.
Wiltshire Police and other emergency services were dispatched to Birch Close in Corsham shortly after 2:30pm on Monday, 7 September. An air ambulance was also called to the scene, where paramedics and police officers attended the serious incident.
Wiltshire Police confirmed the death and stated that there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the incident. In an official statement, the force said: “This relates to the sudden death of a man in his 70s. There are no suspicious circumstances and our thoughts are with his family during this difficult time.”
