A 58-year-old man, Richard Woolley of Garratts Green Lane, Birmingham, has been charged with murder after another man was found dead at a property in Weston-super-Mare.
Woolley appeared at North Somerset Magistrates’ Court on April 7 and was remanded in custody. He is scheduled for a plea and trial preparation hearing at Bristol Crown Court on April 9.
The charge stems from an incident at an address on Eagle Close, Weston-super-Mare, where police discovered the deceased on Saturday, April 4. Authorities have informed the victim’s family.
