Craig Starkey, 43, who currently has no fixed address, has been formally charged in connection with a series of vehicle break-ins in Bath. Appearing at Bath Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, November 18, Starkey faces seven charges stemming from incidents occurring between September 15 and November 14.
The charges include two counts of theft from a motor vehicle, one count of motor vehicle theft, one count of going equipped for theft, one count of attempted theft from a motor vehicle, criminal damage, and theft from a shop. These offences took place in the Charlotte Street, Manvers Street, and Avon Street car parks.
Starkey has been remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear again at Bath Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, November 26.
