A man from Glastonbury has been charged after police conducted drug searches in Somerset earlier this week. Geraint Christopher, aged 58 and residing in Ridgeway Gardens, Glastonbury, faces two charges: possession of a Class B drug, specifically cannabis, with intent to supply, and possession of criminal property.
Following the searches, Christopher was remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear at Taunton Magistrates’ Court today, Saturday, January 3.
Avon and Somerset Police confirmed the charges, emphasizing that recent police operations have successfully led to legal action against individuals involved in drug-related offenses in the area.
