A man, Braden Lynam of Trowbridge, has been charged with attempted murder following a serious crash on South Western Road near Somerset. The incident occurred on Thursday, March 27, resulting in two people sustaining serious injuries.
Lynam, 22, has been remanded in custody and was scheduled to appear at Salisbury Magistrates' Court on April 1. The male victim, aged in his 40s, suffered potentially life-changing injuries and remains hospitalized, while the female victim in her 20s, whose injuries are not believed to be life-changing, has been discharged.
