A man in Taunton was assaulted on Duke Street around 1pm on Tuesday, March 25, leaving him with minor injuries to his face. Avon and Somerset Police are appealing for witnesses and have conducted house-to-house enquiries and reviewed CCTV footage as part of their investigation.
Following the incident, a man in his 30s was arrested on suspicion of assault by beating and has been released on bail while the investigation continues.
