In a tightly contested National League match, Luke McCormick delivered a dramatic late winner to give Yeovil Town a 1-0 victory over Woking at Huish Park.
The first half saw Woking threatening, with Aaron Drewe’s effort narrowly deflecting wide and goalkeeper Jed Ward making a crucial save to keep out Harry Beautyman’s dangerous free-kick. Yeovil responded after halftime with Josh Sims’ shot just missing the target and Drewe denying a close-range attempt from Junior Morias.
Woking pushed forward as well, with Morgan Williams firing over the bar and Drewe clearing another goal-bound effort from Tahvon Campbell.
