Longleat Ranked Among the World’s Top Attractions in Tripadvisor’s Travellers’ Choice Awards

Longleat Safari Park, the iconic Wiltshire estate, has been recognised as one of the world’s top 10% attractions on Tripadvisor. This accolade comes ahead of Longleat’s milestone 60th anniversary in 2026, marking six decades since it opened the first Safari Park outside Africa.

The recognition comes through Tripadvisor’s prestigious Travellers’ Choice Awards for 2025, highlighting Longleat’s outstanding visitor experience and commitment to conservation.

Simon Askew, Chief Operating Officer, expressed gratitude to visitors: “We are immensely thankful to our guests who share their positive experiences through reviews. Our team’s passion and animal expertise consistently deliver the ‘wow’ factor that enhances every visit.”

He added, “Conservation, sustainability, and education are the pillars of Longleat’s mission. Combining these with an enjoyable experience for all ages means everyone contributes to protecting vulnerable and endangered species.”

Scott Ashman, Head of Operations, highlighted improvements inspired by visitor feedback: “In 2025, we reintroduced popular features like the bat cave and hippos, responding directly to guest comments. We’ve also enhanced accessibility by adding sensory bags and signs, aiming to make Longleat an inclusive destination.”

Longleat offers an all-inclusive day ticket covering every attraction on site, plus free parking. Small additional charges apply for animal feeding experiences.

The long-standing safari park is proud to be celebrated for creating unforgettable days out and remains dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for all its visitors.
