Managing the busiest local fish and chip outlet comes with its challenges. Evenings are particularly hectic, with up to 2,000 orders processed weekly. “The chips actually take the longest to cook,” Lee explains. “Sometimes it’s tough to keep up with the demand, especially during peak times.”
