Formula 1 world champion Lando Norris made a special visit to Madame Tussauds London to see his very first wax figure ahead of the British Grand Prix at Silverstone.
The stunning waxwork features Norris dressed in his iconic McLaren papaya racing suit, personally donated by the driver himself. Additionally, the figure sports a replica of the helmet worn during his triumphant clinching of the F1 World Drivers’ Championship title at the 2025 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
Reflecting on the experience, Norris shared, “Seeing the figure finished and standing next to it feels surreal—it genuinely looks like another me. I’m used to seeing myself in photos, videos, or reflections, but seeing myself in three dimensions is something else entirely. The artists have nailed every detail, making it incredibly lifelike.”

He added, “Donating one of my race suits means fans can get up close to something I actually wear on the track, which makes the figure feel even more authentic. I’m excited for everyone to come and see it in London this summer—I hope visitors have a great time.”
Fans will have the opportunity to take photos alongside Norris’ figure at Madame Tussauds London starting June 30.
Steve Blackburn, general manager at Madame Tussauds London, commented, “We’re thrilled to finally unveil Lando Norris’s figure to the public. Fans are sure to love it. We’re extremely grateful to Lando for donating key elements of his race suit, which truly brings the figure to life.”
