Reigning Formula 1 World Champion Lando Norris made a special visit to Madame Tussauds London to unveil his very first wax figure ahead of the upcoming British Grand Prix at Silverstone.
The meticulously crafted figure features Norris clad in his iconic McLaren papaya race suit—generously donated by the driver himself—along with a replica of the helmet worn when he secured the F1 World Drivers’ Championship title at the 2025 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
Speaking about the experience, Norris shared, “Seeing the completed figure and standing next to it is surreal—it’s like looking at a three-dimensional version of myself. I’m used to seeing my image in photos, videos, or reflections, but this is truly different. The artists have nailed every detail; it’s so lifelike.”

He explained his motivation behind donating his actual race suit: “I wanted fans to get a closer look at something I genuinely wear when I’m on the track. It helps make the figure feel authentic and real.”
Visitors will be able to meet and pose with Lando Norris’s waxwork at Madame Tussauds London starting June 30.
Steve Blackburn, General Manager at Madame Tussauds London, expressed his excitement: “We’re thrilled to finally reveal Lando Norris’s wax figure to the public. Fans are going to love it. We’re incredibly thankful to Lando for donating key pieces of his race suit—it truly brings the figure to life.”
