Katie Price Reveals Identity of British TV Star She Accuses of Rape

Katie Price has made a startling revelation, naming the British TV star she accuses of raping her over two decades ago. The former glamour model disclosed the name during her live tour show, An Evening with Katie Price and Kerry Katona, leaving audiences stunned.

Currently on a 38-date UK tour with friend and fellow celebrity Kerry Katona, Katie has used the platform to share intimate details of her life and past struggles. Throughout their performances, both women have made candid confessions and unveiled shocking personal revelations.

At a recent show in Bradford, Katie spoke openly about the assault she suffered many years ago. Later, during a performance in Stockport, she publicly identified the man who she alleges raped her—a significant change from her previous stance. In 2009 and again in 2012, Katie had vowed never to name him.

In 2012, Surrey Police released a statement confirming they would not pursue an investigation into Katie’s claims, citing a lack of sufficient evidence and no formal police report at the time. A spokesperson explained that while all sexual offence reports are taken seriously, the historic nature of the allegation and absence of key details hindered further action. They added that if new information emerges, they are open to reopening the case.

Katie previously expressed her reluctance to reveal the man’s identity. In 2017, she said, “I was raped by a celebrity but no, I’ll never name him, I just don’t want the drama. I don’t even know if he knows that I’ve spoken about him, I doubt he does.”

The tour, however, has not been without incident. During a show in Whitley Bay’s Playhouse, Katie was over two hours late to the stage, leading Kerry Katona to start the event alone. Despite a 30-minute delay caused by technical difficulties, Katie was still en route when the show was scheduled to begin. Joining initially via video, Katie promised to arrive by 9:18 pm but ultimately appeared 20 minutes late.

Once on stage, Katie performed her song “I Got U” and explained her tardiness was due to needing to be at home with her son, Harvey. Audience members also reported issues with the sound quality, describing it as “very quiet” and “unclear.” The show concluded around 10:20 pm, followed by a Meet and Greet session for fans.

Katie Price’s decision to name the man she accuses marks a significant moment in her journey, shedding light on a deeply personal and painful chapter in her life.
