Katie Price Makes Movie Debut in Star-Studded Comedy Horror

Katie Price is expanding her career horizons by stepping into the world of film with her debut role in the upcoming movie Jackie The Stripper. Known for her success in music and reality TV, Katie is now set to appear alongside notable actors including Harry Potter’s James Phelps, Hollyoaks' Jamie Lomas, Patsy Kensit, and Pussycat Dolls’ Kimberly Wyatt in this unique comedy horror.

Sharing her excitement on Instagram Stories, Katie posted the film’s intriguing poster, which was originally unveiled by director Michael Head. The image portrays Katie and Patsy Kensit framed strikingly between the legs of a figure clad in suspenders, hinting at the film’s dark yet playful tone. The film’s tagline, “Revenge is a dish best served cold, while wearing killer heels,” perfectly captures its blend of suspense and humor.

Director Michael Head described Jackie The Stripper as an “all-action comedy grindhouse thriller not to be missed,” promising a fresh take on the classic Jack the Ripper legend with a fierce female twist. Katie will portray Lisa, an older incarnation of the titular character Jackie, according to IMDb.

This acting venture follows the recent resurgence of Katie’s music career. Her 2017 dance track I Got U unexpectedly reached number one on the iTunes dance chart and number two on the UK general hits chart, showing her widespread fan support and influence. Katie’s team attributes this success to the power of social media and women supporting women.

Despite this momentum, Katie has faced some recent challenges during her ongoing UK tour with friend Kerry Katona. At a recent show in Whitley Bay, fans expressed frustration after Katie arrived more than two hours late. The event featured Kerry performing alone for the first half, with Katie’s attempted video call connection described as a “disaster.” Katie explained the delay was due to traffic, which took her over nine hours to navigate.

As Katie Price ventures confidently into acting, her fans are watching closely — intrigued by her ability to juggle music, live performances, and now a promising film career.
