Katie Price has come under fire from fans after missing a significant portion of her recent show, prompting calls for refunds and criticism of her professionalism.
Katie and her longtime friend Kerry Katona have been touring together on their 33-date speaking tour, An Evening with Katie Price and Kerry Katona. However, a recent appearance at The Playhouse in Whitley Bay did not meet audience expectations.
The evening began with a delayed start, as the venue announced on Instagram that technical difficulties would push the show back by 30 minutes. When the event finally commenced, only Kerry was on stage for the first half. Katie was meant to participate via video call, but it reportedly proved to be a “disaster,” with technical failures disrupting her virtual appearance.

According to insider reports, the live interval was extended as Katie struggled with connectivity issues, finally arriving in person around 9:30 pm. Katie blamed heavy traffic for her late arrival, claiming it took over nine hours to reach the venue. However, many fans were unimpressed.
Attendees voiced their frustration publicly, demanding partial refunds due to receiving what felt like only half a show. One fan told The Sun, “We want half our money back because it was only half a show — it’s so unprofessional.” Another described Katie’s brief 30-minute stage time as a “joke,” adding that no sincere apology was issued to the crowd, as reported by the Mirror.
This isn’t the first time Katie has faced criticism for her conduct recently. She previously sparked outrage when she canceled a charity gig at Milton Keynes Pride to attend Chloe Ferry’s 30th birthday party. The Pride organizers condemned her professionalism after discovering her stated reason of being in the studio recording was untrue.
A former fan expressed disappointment, stating, “When she said she couldn’t do a charity gig because of filming, that was a load of b******ks.” Katie had apologized but insisted her filming commitments prevented her appearance.
Adding to the pattern, Katie also pulled out of scheduled headline spots at Barnsley Pride and Glasgow Pride with last-minute cancellations attributed to “urgent obligations.”
The recent series of no-shows and underwhelming performances have left some fans questioning Katie Price’s reliability and respect for her audience.
