Jackson Drilling Team Takes on Gruelling Tough Mudder Challenge

The team at Jackson Drilling, a prominent drilling and boring company based in Baltonsborough, Glastonbury, is gearing up to tackle the Tough Mudder challenge this summer. Known for their expertise in drilling through mud, the four-member team is set to confront the muddiest, dirtiest, and most difficult obstacles at the event in Badminton, South West in August.

As employees of Jackson Drilling, Jackson Water Services, and Jackson Geo Services, the team is passionate about the challenge, which includes navigating through icy water plunges, massive walls, and slippery mud runs. They are not only taking on the challenge for personal achievement but are also committed to raising funds for Glastonbury and Street Bridging the Gap, a church-run charity and food bank that assists those in need within the local community.

The Tough Mudder challenge is renowned for its demanding nature, featuring a course that pushes participants to their limits. The event, held at different venues each year, has gained popularity for its unique obstacles and the camaraderie it fosters among participants. This year, the Badminton estate in South Gloucestershire has been selected to host the event, adding to the excitement of the challenge.
