The video opens outside the quaint Bridge Tea Rooms, where Eliza enjoys a classic English tea before embarking on a riverside walk alongside the River Avon. She notes the town’s proximity, just a 10-minute train journey from Bath, making it an ideal day trip for visitors in the area.

According to the town’s tourism website, Bradford-on-Avon is known as the “golden town,” positioned at the southern edge of the Cotswolds amidst stunning countryside. The area has attracted inhabitants since the Iron Age. Its name originates from the Saxons, who used a broad ford-an ancient crossing point that can still be followed en route to the Tithe Barn. This barn is described by English Heritage as one of the largest and most architecturally impressive medieval barns in England.
Visitors can also enjoy a walk back into the town along the canal or riverside, where the remarkable town bridge awaits. Parts date back to the 13th century, replacing the original ford.
