Hayden Muller Joins Yeovil Town in Summer Signing Spree

Yeovil Town has bolstered its squad by signing defender Hayden Muller, the club’s eighth new addition this summer. The 24-year-old, who is also capable of playing in midfield, has agreed to a two-year deal at Huish Park, choosing Yeovil over a new contract offer from Sutton United.

A product of Millwall’s youth academy, Muller brings valuable experience, having made 61 appearances for Sutton United in the past two seasons. He also had a loan spell at Salisbury and has played senior football for Millwall, Scottish side St Johnstone, and Irish club Dundalk.

Yeovil has been active in the transfer market this week. Earlier arrivals include midfielder Johl Powell from Walton & Hersham and striker Stephen Walker from Scarborough. Thursday saw the club secure defenders Archie Davies from Carlisle, Joe Gubbins from Southend, and goalkeeper Jos Barker from Walton & Hersham. Muller’s signing was announced on Friday.

The summer moves began at the end of last month with ex-Bristol Rovers midfielder Zain Westbrooke joining from Doncaster, followed by winger Mason Obeng, another talent from Walton & Hersham who reunites with manager Billy Rowley.

With these additions, Yeovil Town aims to strengthen their squad depth and improve their prospects for the upcoming season.
