Located conveniently on the ground floor, this new kitchen features large workstations tailored to accommodate students with diverse mobility needs, reinforcing the school’s dedication to inclusive education.
Since opening, the facility has hosted practical food lessons that students have enthusiastically embraced. “The new kitchen is so big and modern—it feels like something out of a TV cooking show,” shared a Year 9 student. “It’s really motivated me to continue with Food for GCSE.”
Food teacher Grace Lange highlighted the positive impact of the space on classroom experiences. “Cooking in this bright, well-equipped room has been wonderful. The students are genuinely enjoying the hands-on lessons.”
