The excitement for Glastonbury Festival 2025 is building, and the BBC is ready to deliver an exceptional viewing and listening experience. Running from Wednesday, July 25 through Monday, July 30, this year’s sold-out event at Worthy Farm is set to welcome around 200,000 fans, featuring headline acts such as Olivia Rodrigo, The 1975, and Neil Young.
To bring the festival spirit to audiences nationwide, the BBC has crafted a broad range of specials across TV, radio, BBC iPlayer, and BBC Sounds throughout June and July. This includes extensive build-up coverage, live broadcasts, in-depth recaps, and highlight reels, ensuring fans can immerse themselves in every moment.
Lorna Clark, BBC’s Director of Music, emphasized the network’s commitment: “This year, we’re making it easier than ever for millions of music fans to access Glastonbury’s standout moments, while giving them the freedom to engage with the festival their way. Glastonbury belongs to them, and the BBC is proud to bring it directly to their screens and devices.”

BBC iPlayer is heralded as “the ultimate place to watch Glastonbury,” offering over 90 hours of live performances from all five main stages, plus more than 90 on-demand sets and tracks available for 30 days after the event.
Meanwhile, the Greatest Hits Channel is already on air, spinning classic Glastonbury performances from the world’s biggest stars 24/7 until the festival kicks off.
Returning for another year, the Glastonbury Channel features hosts Clara Amfo, Huw Stephens, Jack Saunders, Jamz Supernova, Jo Whiley, and Lauren Laverne. They will guide viewers through live sets, surprises, and guest appearances as they unfold.
For those who miss any of the action, catch-up broadcasts are available from June 27 through July 30, with the channel running round-the-clock.
Additionally, a three-episode podcast hosted by Annie Macmanus and Nick Grimshaw will offer exclusive interviews with artists like Rod Stewart and Loyle Carner. The first episode is already available, with the remaining two releasing each Monday until June 16.
Fans can look forward to an immersive Glastonbury season full of unforgettable performances and coverage — no matter where they are.
