Bath is set to host the UK’s biggest touring celebrity food and music festival next month, as Foodies Festival takes over Royal Victoria Park from August 29 to 31, 2025. With headline performances from chart-topping bands Blue and Scouting For Girls, the event promises a vibrant celebration of food and music.
Dubbed “Gastro-Glastonbury,” this three-day extravaganza features live cooking demonstrations from acclaimed TV chefs and award-winning culinary talents. Fans can expect appearances from MasterChef champions Chariya Khattiyot and Dhruv Baker, Great British Menu 2024 winner Ben Palmer, MasterChef: The Professionals champs Alex Webb, Ritchie Stainsby, and Ayesha Kalaji, as well as TV judge Mich Turner MBE and Great British Bake Off semi-finalist Gilly Howard.
Regional culinary stars will also showcase their skills, including Chris Cleghorn of Michelin-starred The Olive Tree in Bath, James Harris from Beckford Bottle Shop, Henry Scott of Henry’s, Liam Goldstone from The Elder and Brassiere, Carl Cleghorn of Tyme Restaurant, Cory Scott from Michelin Bib Gourmand-awarded The Clifton in Bristol, and Chris Marney from Game For Anything.

Music lovers will enjoy live sets from Blue, known for their multiple number-one hits and over 16 million record sales, festival favorites Scouting For Girls, and the exhilarating Symphonic Ibiza, which combines live vocals, DJ sets, and a full orchestra in an unforgettable dance anthem fusion.

The Chefs Theatre will showcase signature dishes and cooking secrets, while the Cake and Desserts Theatre highlights dazzling patisserie creations. For younger guests, the Kids Cookery School offers interactive lessons with Foodies SuperChefs, making cooking accessible and fun.
The Drinks Theatre hosts masterclasses in Champagne, Beer, Cider, Cocktail, and Wine tasting, led by experts from ITV and BBC, including Tom Surgey and Joe Wadsack. The Shopping Village and Artisan Market feature the latest food trends and local producers, while the Feasting Tent serves an international array of street food and delicacies.
New for this year are the Great Taste Market, celebrating exceptional foods, and the International Cook School, where festival-goers can learn hands-on cooking techniques from top chefs. Additional highlights include fiery BBQ shows on the Fire Stage, chilli eating competitions, a Silent Disco, fairground rides, children’s activities, and dedicated family-friendly zones.
