This afternoon, firefighters from Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service were dispatched to a car fire in Bruton. The emergency call came through at 12:05 pm on March 13, prompting crews from Castle Cary and Wincanton fire stations to respond promptly.
Although the exact location within Bruton was not disclosed, fire crews arrived swiftly on the scene and worked efficiently to bring the fire under control.
