Firefighters from three stations in Somerset responded swiftly to a fire at a domestic property in Bridgwater this afternoon. The Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service received an emergency call at 2:59 pm on March 13, prompting the dispatch of crews from Bridgwater, Taunton, and Burnham-on-Sea.
Upon arrival, firefighters observed smoke emanating from the home but confirmed that all occupants were safely accounted for. Using two breathing apparatus and one covering jet, the crews worked diligently to extinguish the blaze. The operation was successfully concluded by 5:26 pm, with no reported injuries.
