The family of Henry Smith, 27, from Devizes, has paid a heartfelt tribute to the “loving father and fiancé” who tragically lost his life in a single-vehicle crash. The fatal accident occurred just after 8 pm on Wednesday, October 15, at Gore Cross.
According to Wiltshire Police, Henry was driving a Volkswagen Golf northbound on the A360 when his vehicle veered off the carriageway. Despite the swift response of emergency services, Henry was pronounced dead at the scene.
His family commemorates him as a devoted father to his three children—Maddison, Harrison, and Mabel—and a beloved fiancé to Megan. In a touching message, Megan expressed the deep loss felt by all: “To a loving father and fiancé. We know you loved us more than anything, and we loved you more than anything too.
