Lando Norris, the Formula One world champion from Somerset, has announced the launch of his own junior racing team, LN4 Fusion. The team was unveiled in Monza ahead of the Italian Grand Prix and is set to compete in multiple junior racing categories next season.
LN4 Fusion will participate in the Formula Three series, the Italian Formula Four championship, and the FIA Formula Regional European Championship. Plans are also underway to enter Formula Two, widely regarded as the crucial stepping stone to Formula One.
Norris, who secured his first F1 World Championship last season, expressed his ambition to build the best junior racing team globally, aiming to assist promising young drivers in their progression through motorsport ranks.

“I’ve been fortunate to have incredible support throughout my career, and I know reaching Formula One requires far more than just talent,” Norris explained. “It’s about having the right people around you, the appropriate support, and the right opportunities at the right moments.”
The team, co-founded by Norris alongside an investment consortium, will be based in Veneto, northern Italy. It will be managed by team principal Rene Rosin, who brings extensive experience in motorsport management.
In addition to LN4 Fusion, Norris has launched the LN4 Legacy Programme, a fully funded initiative designed to assist talented young drivers who lack financial backing, providing them with vital support to advance in their racing careers.
On social media, Norris shared: “I was lucky enough to achieve my dream, and now I want to help others realise theirs. Built with trusted people who have experienced all levels of motorsport and understand what it takes to win, our goal is to become the leading junior single-seater team. We’ll compete in Italian F4, FREC, F3, and we are working towards entries in British F4 and F2.
“That’s not all. We’ve also created the LN4 Legacy Programme to fund and support talented young drivers who might otherwise miss opportunities, offering comprehensive on- and off-track assistance to maximise their chances of success.
“Seeing this project evolve from concept to reality is incredible. I’m deeply grateful to everyone involved in making it happen.
“For me, the main aspect is staying closely involved in racing. This is a long-term endeavour-not just two, five, or ten years-but hopefully a lasting commitment. It means having a team I can support, be part of, and consider my family, with cars I believe in and support wholeheartedly.”
