Exciting Weekly Market Launch Revitalizes Weston Town Centre

Weston-super-Mare’s town centre is celebrating the launch of a brand-new weekly event – the Weston Independent Market at the Italian Gardens. This much-anticipated market will breathe new life into the heart of the town, taking place every Wednesday, and is a significant part of the Weston-super-Mare Town Council’s strategic plan.

The initiative, closely aligned with the ten-year Super Weston Placemaking Strategy, reflects the desires of the local community and aims to invigorate the town center, support local traders, attract visitors, and bolster the local economy.

Managed by By Invitation Events, the market will showcase a diverse array of local independent traders, artisan producers, and creatives. The market’s curator, Michelle Beck, expressed her excitement for the launch and emphasized the market’s potential to transform the town and provide a platform for local businesses to thrive.
