In a hard-fought match, Chris Maguire’s goal in the first half proved to be the difference as Eastleigh emerged victorious with a 1-0 win over 10-man Yeovil in the Vanarama National League.
The breakthrough came in the 30th minute, with veteran forward Maguire finishing off a well-crafted move involving Jai Semenyo and Angel Waruih.
Yeovil’s troubles deepened when Otis Khan was shown a red card for an elbow on the goalscorer, reducing the visitors to 10 men just seven minutes later.
