The driver of a damaged Volvo fled the scene following a two-car collision in Pensford, prompting Avon and Somerset Police to issue an appeal for information.
The incident occurred on Woollard Lane around 3:45 PM on Wednesday, February 4, involving a black Volvo XC90 and a silver Volkswagen van. While the van’s driver remained at the scene unharmed, the Volvo driver left before officers arrived.
In response, police have released a photo of a man they wish to speak with, believing he may have crucial details that will aid the investigation. The individual is described as a white male in his 20s, approximately 6 feet tall, with short brown cropped hair. He was last seen wearing a grey puffer jacket, grey tracksuit trousers, and mostly white trainers.
