This weekend, Clarks Village in Somerset is set to host its first-ever Food Festival, a free two-day event designed to tantalize taste buds and celebrate culinary diversity. Taking place on Saturday and Sunday at the popular outlet shopping destination, the festival offers a vibrant mix of flavor-packed dishes, artisanal produce, and live music, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxed autumn weekend.
Visitors can savor a variety of unique offerings such as specialty duck burgers, wraps, and salads from The Duck Shed; fresh, locally sourced seasonal produce from The Little Holding; authentic Greek fare from Gyroland; and Nigerian street food delights from Suva Boiz. Other standout stalls include Pan Crepes, serving both sweet and savory crepes; award-winning tacos from Mexican vendor Nopalito; and Persian-style saffron chicken from Saffron Hill, among many others.
Chris Davis, Centre Director at Clarks Village, shared his excitement: “Our experiential events always generate a lot of enthusiasm, and we’re delighted to introduce our first Food Festival. With an exceptional range of culinary treats and live entertainment, it’s set to be the ideal way to enjoy a September weekend. We can’t wait to welcome food lovers from across the region to this fantastic event, building on the success of our recent dog-friendly Pawsome Pooch event and summer Art & Putt course.”
