Clarks Village Celebrates Dogs with Free Pawsome Pooch Festival and £500 Prize

Dog lovers and their four-legged friends are in for a treat as Clarks Village in Street hosts the Pawsome Pooch festival this weekend. This free event promises an exciting lineup of activities including agility sessions, pet paw-trait photo sittings, pampering stations, and entertaining dog trick displays, ensuring a fun-filled day for pups and their owners alike.

For the first time ever, visitors will receive a complimentary dog treat pick n’ mix bag, adding an extra layer of delight to the celebrations. One of the festival’s highlights is the search for Clarks Village’s new Canine Executive Officer (CEO). The reigning champ, Dudley—a three-legged Hungarian Vizsla—has proudly served in this special role since 2024. Now it’s time for a new furry leader to take the spotlight.

All participating dogs will be treated to professional photo shoots at no cost. From these, the ten cutest contenders will enter a public vote, with the winning pooch’s owner receiving a fantastic prize package valued at £500.

We’re also grateful to Dudley and his family for their wonderful contribution as our inaugural Canine Executive Officer. Dudley has been a delightful ambassador for Clarks Village and will always have a special place here.”
