The wedding of Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty and model Holly Ramsay at Bath Abbey on Saturday drew a star-studded crowd and heartfelt praise from friends and celebrities alike. Dragons' Den star Sara Davies, who competed alongside Adam on Strictly Come Dancing, described the ceremony as “beautiful” and wished the couple “a lifetime of happiness together.”
The event was graced by notable guests including former footballer Sir David Beckham, his wife fashion designer Victoria Beckham, and their children Romeo, Cruz, and Harper. Channel 5 newsreader Dan Walker also attended, calling it a “great wedding” filled with “top people.”
Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay shared a touching moment as he walked into the church hand-in-hand with his 25-year-old daughter Holly. However, Peaty’s parents Caroline and Mark were absent due to an ongoing family dispute, reportedly stemming from Caroline not being invited to Holly’s hen do.

Sara Davies reflected on her friendship with Adam, stating, “From the first day we met on Strictly, we’ve been firm friends. It was a real honour to watch him get emotional as the love of his life walked down the aisle.” She added that the wedding food was “hands down the best I’ve ever had.”
Dan Walker shared his enthusiasm for the occasion on social media, highlighting the “wonderful service,” “unforgettable reception,” and lively church singing.
Ahead of the ceremony, Caroline Peaty spoke publicly about the heartbreak caused by the family rift, expressing her deep pain but also her desire for forgiveness and happiness for the couple.
Gordon Ramsay expressed his pride in a social media post, calling Holly “a beautiful bride” and welcoming Adam as an “incredible son-in-law.”
Bridesmaids included Peaty’s sister Bethany and Holly’s sisters Megan and Tilly, all carrying elegant bouquets of calla lilies. Holly maintained an air of mystery with her wedding dress, arriving at the abbey draped in a white cloak revealing a scalloped skirt and long train.
Lady Beckham wore a striking dark teal gown from her Victoria Beckham Pre Spring/Summer 2026 collection, adding to the day’s glamour.
Adam and Holly’s romance began through Holly’s sister Tilly during their time on Strictly in 2021. They announced their engagement in September 2024, with Holly expressing her joy on Instagram and Adam calling himself “the luckiest man on earth” to have her by his side.
