Bristol Airport is seeking potential partners to open a coffee-centric catering unit within the terminal building. The desired location is close to the check-in desks and the airport entrance/exit.
The designated space is envisioned to offer a variety of services, including coffee, hot beverages, sandwiches, snacks, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages such as draught beer and spirits. These items can be enjoyed in the unit or taken away.
The unit will cater to both departing and arriving passengers and is expected to operate 24/7. However, there will not be a full kitchen on-site, as per the tender documents.
