Iconic footwear brand Crocs is making its debut in the South West with the opening of a brand-new store at Clarks Village, Somerset. The store officially opens its doors on Friday, February 27, becoming the first dedicated Crocs outlet in the region, despite the brand being available through other retailers like Schuh and Sports Direct.
Spanning 1,099 square feet, the new Crocs store boasts a modern, elevated design featuring vibrant displays that showcase the brand’s broad range of colourful and stylish footwear. Shoppers can explore an extensive collection that includes classic clogs, sandals, and options for both adults and children.
A standout feature of the store is the dedicated Jibbitz charm station, where customers can personalise their Crocs with a variety of fun, decorative charms. To celebrate the opening, the store will offer exclusive outlet-only discounts of 30% off the recommended retail price.

Ideally situated overlooking the Central Square gardens, the Crocs store neighbors popular retailers such as Tefal, Asics, and Levi’s, enhancing the vibrant shopping experience at Clarks Village.
In related news, The Gift Company will be relocating within Clarks Village after initially launching as a pop-up in September. The new permanent location, opening mid-February, will also overlook the Central Square Gardens.
Marc Myers, Retail Operations Director at Clarks Village, shared his excitement: “Even though 2026 is just beginning, we’re thrilled to welcome such a fantastic brand to Clarks Village. Crocs is iconic and beloved by many, and we’ve heard our guests’ requests loud and clear. We’re committed to continually improving our retail mix and providing an exceptional experience for everyone who visits.”
