A 15-year-old boy has been arrested after a teenager was seriously stabbed in Chippenham, Wiltshire Police confirmed. The incident occurred on London Road, where the victim was found with stab wounds on Saturday, January 31.
The arrested teenager is being held on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent. Meanwhile, the victim is receiving treatment for serious injuries.
Wiltshire Police have launched an appeal for any witnesses or anyone with CCTV footage related to the incident to come forward. A spokesperson urged anyone with information to contact the police via 101, quoting log 189 of January 31, or to report anonymously through Crimestoppers at 0800 555 111.
