A somber conclusion came to the search for a missing man in Somerset on Thursday, June 12, when a body was located. The 64-year-old man, James, had been reported missing the previous day after he was last seen near Wiveliscombe at approximately 6:30 pm on Wednesday, June 11.
Authorities recovered the body during search efforts in the area of Huish Champflower, where James was last known to be. While formal identification is still pending, James’ family has been informed of the discovery.
