A man in his 40s is fighting for his life after a collision between his motorcycle and a Land Rover on the A346 at Collingbourne Ducis, Wiltshire. The crash occurred shortly after 10 a.m., prompting emergency services to respond swiftly.
The rider sustained life-threatening injuries and was airlifted to Southampton Hospital for urgent treatment. The incident caused the A346 road to be closed for several hours while authorities conducted their investigation.
Wiltshire Police have launched an appeal for assistance, urging motorists who were in the vicinity at the time or who may have witnessed the collision to come forward. Investigators are particularly interested in obtaining dashcam footage from vehicles traveling on the unnamed road joining the A346 near The Shears Inn around 10 a.m.

Police are also keen to speak with the driver of a blue Audi A1 believed to have been in the area during the incident.
