With deep sorrow we announce the sudden but peaceful passing of Jacquie on Saturday 8th August. A devoted wife of 38 years to Mike, and cherished mum, sister and nanny, she will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by family and friends. Honouring Jacquie’s wishes, no funeral service will be held; instead, a gathering for family and friends will take place on Saturday 17th October from 4pm to 7pm at St James' Church Centre to reflect on her life. (Née Frayling) Born 5th April 1946, passed away 22nd July 2026. Loving wife to Dean, mother to Gabrielle and Anne-Marie, grandmother to Raff, and sister to Alan. Formerly of Batheaston, now Kaiapoi, New Zealand. A memorial service will be held at St John the Baptist, Batheaston, on Wednesday 16th September 2026 at 2.30pm.
From Cheddar, passed away on 16th August 2026 aged 97. A much-loved mum, nan, and great nan. A service of celebration will take place at Sedgemoor Crematorium on Friday 11th September at 10.30am. Family flowers only, donations to Weston Hospicecare may be sent to M J Sheppard Funeral Directors.
Passed away on 20th July 2026 aged 88. Funeral service at The Church of St. Alphege, Bath, on Thursday 3rd September at 2.30pm. Family flowers only. Donations to The Church of St. Alphege.
