A much loved father and grandfather from Nunney, who passed away suddenly on 7th September 2026, aged 86 years. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Paddy passed away peacefully at Torrwood Nursing Home, Wells, on Wednesday 9th September 2026, aged 97 years. A dearly loved wife to Bertie, she will be remembered fondly by her family and friends. The funeral service will be held at Mendip Crematorium on Monday 5th October at 11.30 am. Colourful clothing is welcome. No flowers, by request. Peter, who passed away peacefully on 9th September 2026 at 91 years of age. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by family and friends. A private service to celebrate his life will be held. A much loved wife of Chris from Compton Dando, who passed away on 2nd September 2026, aged 81. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. A celebration of her life will be held at St Mary’s Church, Compton Dando, BS39 4LB, on Friday 25th September at 1 pm. Carole passed away peacefully on 10th September 2026, aged 68, reunited with her beloved husband Norman. She was a beloved daughter of Beryl and sister to Mark and Sue, and will be greatly missed by her family and friends. A service to celebrate her life will take place at Sedgemoor Crematorium on Friday 9th October at 11.30 am. Family flowers only, please. Richard passed away at home on 6th September 2026, aged 83 years. He was a cherished husband, brother, father, and grandfather to his immediate and stepfamilies. Avril passed away peacefully on 25th August 2026. A loving mother and grandmother, she will be fondly remembered by family and friends. Doug, a former Bath and First Bus driver for over 30 years, passed away on 27th August 2026 at Woodside Nursing Home, aged 85 years. He will be greatly missed by his niece Clare and all who knew him. Surgeon Captain (D) RD.RNR. BA (Hons) BDS, FDS, RCS passed away peacefully at home on 22nd August 2026, aged 92 years. A beloved husband, father, and grandfather, he will be greatly missed by all who knew him. His funeral will take place at St Andrew’s Church, Mells, Somerset BA11 3PW, on Monday 28th September at 2.00 pm. Family flowers only, please.
