BBC Glastonbury 2025: Full Line-Up, How to Watch, and Presenters Confirmed for Worthy Farm

This June, the BBC returns to Somerset’s Worthy Farm for the Glastonbury Festival with an expansive two-month broadcast extravaganza. Audiences across the UK can join the celebration through TV channels, BBC iPlayer, BBC Sounds, and radio, immersing themselves in over 90 hours of live performances and exclusive festival content.

The presenting lineup includes Anita Rani, Annie Macmanus, Arielle Free, Cerys Matthews, Clara Amfo, Craig Charles, Danni Diston, Danny Howard, and many more. Additional expert hosts such as Matt Everitt, Nathan Shepherd, Nick Grimshaw, Sam MacGregor, Sarah Story, Steve Lamacq, and Zoe Ball will enrich the coverage with their insights and energy.

How to Watch and Listen

BBC iPlayer will be the heart of Glastonbury viewing, offering over 90 hours of live streams from the festival’s five main stages—the Pyramid, Other, West Holts, Woodsies, and The Park. Sets from the Pyramid Stage will be available in Ultra High Definition and British Sign Language to enhance accessibility.

Starting Friday, June 27th, the Glastonbury Highlights Channel will run 24/7 until July 30th, bringing fans all the festival’s most talked-about performances. Also new this year, Glastonbury Recap offers daily montages that keep audiences in the loop with the latest festival moments.

Television coverage will feature specials leading up to the event on BBC Two, showcasing legendary Glastonbury performers from the 70s, 80s, and 90s. Live broadcasts from Worthy Farm begin Thursday, June 26th on BBC Two, followed by BBC One’s The One Show kicking off the weekend on Friday at 7 p.m.

The Glastonbury Channel returns (June 27-29), where hosts Clara Amfo, Huw Stephens, Jack Saunders, Jamz Supernova, Jo Whiley, and Lauren Laverne will guide viewers through headlining sets, surprises, and backstage insights.

Family programming includes CBeebies Bedtime Stories and CBeebies House Party LIVE, offering engaging entertainment for younger festival fans.

Radio and Digital Ambience

BBC Radio 6 Music dedicates six days to Glastonbury coverage with 58 hours of live broadcasts from the festival alongside curated sets and interviews. Nick Grimshaw, Lauren Laverne, Craig Charles, Cerys Matthews, and others bring the festival spirit directly to listeners.

BBC Radio 1, Radio 1 Dance, and 1Xtra provide extensive live shows from the site, including Greg James’ Radio 1 Breakfast Show live on Friday morning, and evening performances featuring special guests. Post-festival, Radio 1 Dance airs exclusive DJ sets recorded live at Glastonbury.

BBC Radio 2 and BBC Radio 4 also offer special Glastonbury programming, with live broadcasts from the festival, artist interviews, and highlight shows that capture the event’s vibrant atmosphere.

On BBC Sounds, festival fans can access live audio performances, specials, exclusive podcasts like Sidetracked by Glastonbury, and a vast collection of themed programmes and mixes. This digital platform ensures that audiences can enjoy the festival anytime and anywhere.

BBC Introducing Stage and Emerging Talent

The BBC Introducing Stage kicks off on June 26th, spotlighting unsigned and emerging artists. For the first time, hosts Annie Macmanus and Nick Grimshaw will record a live podcast episode on-site, offering listeners unique insights from the festival floor.

This year features a special classical music takeover by BBC Radio 3’s Georgia Mann alongside open DJ sets and stage takeovers from Radio 1 Dance, 6 Music, and Radio 2, highlighting a rich variety of new talent.

BBC Introducing continues its mission to elevate fresh voices, with performances available for broadcast and online, celebrating the creativity and innovation of the UK’s music scene.
